| 内容記述 | The contents of dental examinations and treatment in the town clinic in Imajo-cho, Fukui Prefecture, Japan, a rural village lacking dentists were investigated from April 1985 to March 1986 and the results were as follows : 1. The consultation rate of the children under 10 and teenagers as out patients was higher than that of other generations. 2. On the replacement of the lost natural tooth, the cases of denture and repaired denture were larger in number than those of bridgework. 3. There was also a considerable number of treatments in pedodontics, oral surgery, restoration, and endodontics, 4. The number of out patients was on the average 30. 6 a day. This shows that area residents feel the need for dental care. 5. From the above four points, it is suggested that we have contributed to the maintenance and improvement of oral health of the area residents in Imajo-cho. | |||||||
