歯髄息肉を疑わせた歯根膜息肉の1症例 A Case of Periodontal Polyp, Clinically Resembled to Pulp Polyp 中村, 千仁 林, 俊子 磯, 勝彦 中村, 不二 application/pdf A 16-year-old boy was referred to the Department of Oral Surgery II, Matsumoto Dental College, for the treatment of a painless pulpoid polyp at the right mandibular first molar. Histopathologic findings from resected specimen showed that the polyp was surrounded by stratified squamous epithelium and that the neck was situated at the perforated portion of floor of pulp chamber and had been broken due to extraction. Root canal polyp in the distal root was covered with stratified squamous epithelium and did not connect with the polyp.
