舌癌放射線治療後の下顎骨壊死の一症例 A Case of Osteoradionecrosis of the Mandibular Following Radiotherapy for the Tongue Cancer 丸山, 清 長内, 剛 馬瀬, 直通 山本, 雅也 山岡, 稔 Tongue Cancer Osteoradionecrosis 3DCT application/pdf A 54-year-old male patient with histologically proved squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue was treated with external radiotherapy. A 57 Gy tumor dose was given to the mandibula with external irradiation and isodose curves were measured with modulex RTP. The mandibular radionecrosis were evaluated radiographycally and displayed in 3DCT images.
