Results: (1) Extratubular efflux of PAS positive material was seen around ruptured striated duct of the labial gland with mononuclear cell infiltration and duct ectasia, (2) The lesion involved was not only further accompanied with cell infiltration into the interstitial tissue, but also showed degeneration and exfoliation of the duct epithelium.
