The patient required aggressive pharmacological treatment with isoproterenol for hemodynamic restoration. It is strongly believed that the reason for this complication was the over dose of the two calcium channel blockers for quiet bed rest. The following are important for the physical control of the elderly when treated with polypharmacy vasodillator. 1) Thorough understanding of the patient's past history. 2) Exhaustive observation of the the cardiovascular alteration in pre-and postoperative evaluation. 3) Attention to changes in the effects of frequently used anti-hypertensive and anginal drugs after admission to the hospital.}, pages = {374--380}, title = {高齢者口腔外科手術後に生じた房室解離の1例}, volume = {12}, year = {1986} }
