Naomi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_10006_date_granted_11":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dategranted":"2019-09-30"}]},"item_10006_degree_grantor_9":{"attribute_name":"学位授与大学","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreegrantor":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_name":"松本歯科大学"}],"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier":[{}]}]},"item_10006_degree_name_8":{"attribute_name":"学位名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士（歯学）"}]},"item_10006_description_10":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年度","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2019","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10006_description_12":{"attribute_name":"報告番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"甲第217号","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10006_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10006_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"化学的プラークコントロールの１手段として，天然生薬を用いたハーブ系歯磨剤様ペーストを作成し，その臨床効果を検討することを計画した．そこで天然生薬としてグレープフルーツシード（GSE）を選択し，ハーブ系歯磨剤様ペーストを試作し，その臨床効果を検討した.対象者は，上記研究担当者が所属する医療機関の歯科医院に通院している患者から成人で２０歯以上を有しており，歯肉炎，軽度慢性歯周炎の診断後，加療を受けたのち３－４カ月毎に定期的に来院しているメインテナンス患者である．歯磨剤様ペーストの基材は歯磨剤に用いられているものをベースとし，歯磨剤様ペーストの種類A：2％グレープフルーツシード＋基材にて調整、B：0.2％グレープフルーツシード＋基材にて調整、C：基材のみとした.患者における臨床データについては，被験者の研究機関修了後に筆者ならびに共同研究者に送付することとした．研究担当者は上記の同意が得られたのち，ただちに以下の背景調査ならびに口腔内診査・検査を行った．そののち，対象部位以外のPMTCを行い，対象歯を対象者とともに確認してからペースト使用方法を再度説明した.研究開始１週後ならびに４週後に予約を行い，予約当日に研究開始日と同様な背景調査ならびに口腔内診査・検査を行った．さらに有害事象の有無の確認を行った．ただし，Ｘ線検査については研究開始１週後には行わなかった．背景調査、歯周チャート（GI，PLI，PPD,動揺度）、デンタルＸ線写真　（口内Ｘ線写真：平行法）、細菌学的検査（菌数と運動性菌の割合：図１－１，１－２）、有害事象の判定を行った． 歯磨剤様ペーストは１日２回(起床・朝食後，就寝前)、被験者の行っている通常の機械的プラークコントロール・洗口後に使用した．使用時は1回約5g（１cm）程度の歯磨剤をブラシ毛先に出し，当該部位の頬側と口蓋・舌側の歯肉頂のやや歯肉溝・ポケット寄りに軽く塗布した．塗布後は３時間後までの食事と３０分以内の水分補給を禁じた．使用期間は有害事象がない場合，４週間とした．そてい使用直前と使用後１，４週後のデータを比較した.その結果，有害事象はほとんどなく，さらに歯肉炎症消退に対する効果が１週間の朝晩使用により機械的プラークコントロール以上の効果が期待でき，プラーク付着やポケット減少に悪影響がないことがわかった．また細菌学的検討は詳細な検討が必要であることがわかった．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10006_dissertation_number_22":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲第217号"}]},"item_10006_version_type_18":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open
