Daiki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"5548","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_10006_date_granted_11":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dategranted":"2022-01-31"}]},"item_10006_degree_grantor_9":{"attribute_name":"学位授与大学","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreegrantor":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_name":"松本歯科大学"}],"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier_name":"33602","subitem_degreegrantor_identifier_scheme":"kakenhi"}]}]},"item_10006_degree_name_8":{"attribute_name":"学位名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士(歯学)"}]},"item_10006_description_10":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年度","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2021","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10006_description_12":{"attribute_name":"報告番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"甲第243号","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10006_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10006_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"[要旨]Wntは分泌性の糖タンパク質であり,近年Wntシグナルが骨形成に重要であることがわかってきた.歯周組織の維持や改造にもWntシグナルが関与することが報告されている.しかし,生理的状態において,Wnt/β-cateninシグナル陽性細胞が歯根膜を含む歯周組織のどこに分布するか,また,その分布が加齢により変化するかどうかは未解明な部分が多い.本研究では,Axin2CreERT2-tdTomatoマウス(4週齢,6週齢,30週齢,48週齢)を用いて,歯周組織におけるWnt/β-cateninシグナル活性化細胞を観察した.Wnt/β-cateninシグナルの活性化は,その標的遺伝子であるAxin2が発現すると赤色蛍光タンパク質であるtdTomatoが発現することを指標にした.タモキシフェン(TAM)投与後3日において,Axin2の発現は,4週齢および6週齢では根尖部歯根膜,根管歯髄,根間中隔部歯槽骨および歯肉上皮部に多く認められた.しかし,30週齢マウスでは,Axin2発現細胞は減少しており,48週齢マウスでは,その発現はわずかであった.TAM投与後30日では,Axin2の発現細胞がすべての週齢において増加したものの,48週齢マウスではAxin2発現細胞の増加をわずかに認めるのみであった.Axin2発現細胞は,細胞増殖マーカーであるKi67を発現した.つまり,Axin2発現細胞は細胞増殖活性が高いことを示唆する.加齢に伴いAxin2陽性かつKi67陽性細胞は減少した.一方,加齢に伴い,歯槽骨2におけるSclerostin陽性骨細胞が増加した.以上よりWnt/β-cateninシグナル陽性細胞は,歯根膜,歯肉上皮,歯槽骨といった歯周組織や歯髄に分布し,細胞増殖が旺盛であることが示唆された.また,加齢に伴い,歯骨でのSclerostin発現が増加するため,Wnt/β-cateninシグナル陽性細胞が減少する可能性が示唆された.若齢マウスでは,根尖部歯根膜と根尖部歯髄象牙芽細胞でWnt/β-cateninシグナルが強く活性化されていた.加齢に伴い,Wnt/β-cateninシグナル陽性細胞とその細胞増殖は顕著に減少した","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10006_dissertation_number_22":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲第243号"}]},"item_10006_version_type_18":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open
