An epulis gravidarum occurred to gingiva that beneath the dummies of fixed bridge of anterior portion of maxilla in a 31-year-old woman. The patient refused our recommendation of surgical therapy for one and a half year, so the tumor grown gradually large with no pain and became a pigeon egg in size when surgical operation was perfomed. By a review, 12 out of 20 reported cases of epulis gravidarum were categolized in teleangiectaticum or hemangiomatosa types histologiacally.
