Data communication systems using wireless LAN been have also introduced in some medical facilities. Dental 3DX^[○!R] multi-image micro CT was introduced to the Radiology Department of Matsumoto Dental University two years ago, and the amount of data has increased proportionally to the number of the examinations. We introduced a wireless LAN, constructing and operating a network System, improving image processing ability and using a mobile terminal system to cope with increasing 3DX^[○!R] examinations. In this study, we investigated its usefulness and instructions. The wireless LAN transmitted 3DX^[○!R] image data to four notebook-sized personal computers.
