We recently experienced a case which was diagnosed as incisive canal cyst based on the synthetic observations was observed. Here, we report the clinical course of this patient. The patient was a 34-year-old man who came to our department with his chief complaint of a swelling in the median part of the palate. Radiographic examination revealed a well-defined ovoid radiolucent areas in the corresponding to the incisive foramen. On October 12, the extirpation of the cyst was carried out under intravenous sedation. Operative finding showed that the adhesion of the cyst to nasopalatine handle.
