We extirpated large odontogenic keratocyst filled in the maxillary sinus, which was marsupialized, and removable acrylic resin plate was held in place for an oro-antral fistula caused by the marsupialization. We analyzed effect of the nasal airflow on oro-antral fistula. The results were that airflow through nostril of the same side as oro-antral fistula was decreased when airflow was much more than 250 ml/sec.
