We measured oxygen saturation (SpO²), endoexpiratory CO² (ETCO²), pulse rate, blood pressure and pulmonary function. Subjects divied into 2 groups; the 1st included 7 cerebral palsy cases with no deformity of the spine or thorax (36.8y, 48.8kg) and the 2nd included 7 cerebral palsy cases with deformity of the spine and thorax (36.2y, 46.3kg). The results obtained were as follows: 1. SpO² of cerebral palsy with deformity was significantly lower than that of cerebral palsy with no deformity. 2. ETCO² of cerebral palsy with deformity was significantly higher than that of cerebral palsy with no deformity.}, pages = {259--262}, title = {脳性麻痺者の歯科診療(水平仰臥位)時における呼吸・循環動態に及ぼす影響について}, volume = {18}, year = {1992} }
