| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to investigate morphological changes of dentin and enamel surfaces, and temperature increments of the pulp in extracted mandibular incisor teeth irradiated with pulsed Nd: YAG laser. The results were as follows. (1) No changes of enamel surface were observed in non-coated laser absorption samples irradiated with 3, 6, 12J/P. (2) Circle-like structures on enamel and dentin surface were observed in coated laser absorption group irradiated with 3, 6, 12J/P. (3) Magnification of rough enamel surface was observed to be in proportion to the intensity of radiation. (4) Temperature in the pulp of non-coated teeth rose above 100℃, however that of black-coated teeth decreased by one-half. (5) Secondary ascendant point was observed 7-8 seconds after irradiation in the coated teeth group. | |||||||
