| 内容記述 | This article presents a case of severe skeletal class III diagnosed as Crouzon syndrome. The patient was administered Le Fort IV minus osteotomy was performed on the patient after pre-surgical orthodontic treatment. It was suggested that maxillofacial surgery associated with craniofacial abnormalities was very effective on the patient not only for the orofacial function, but also for a esthetic facial reconstruction. Furthermore, for each specific individual with this syndorome, diagnosis and treatment planning in ortho-surgical intervention must be carefully planned. | |||||||
