| 内容記述 | Two kinds of pulp devitalizer, "Neo-Arsen Black (NAB)" and "Neo-Paraform Paste (NPP)", have been modified to change from asbestos to polyethylene fibers as their primary component because of health risks associated with the former. The effect of pulp devitalization with both "Modified Neo-Arsen Black (M-NAB)" and "Modified Neo-Paraform Paste (M-NPP)" were histopathologically evaluated, using 160 teeth of 10 dogs. The results were compared with the findings of the specimens made using two types of original NAB and NPP as controls. When evaluated, these histopathological data showed that both types of M-NAB and M-NPP have the same effect on the pulp as both original NAB and NPP, and are valuable as pulp devitalizers. | |||||||
