| 内容記述 | A case of florid papillomatosis which appeared in the region between the labial gingiva of maxillary incisal part and the palatal mucosa in a 56-year-old woman, was reported. Although the clinical features of this case conveyed the impression that it was a malignant tumor, pathologic examination revealed dyskeratosis of the acanthotic layer, the elongation of rete pegs, and papillomatous proliferation of epithelial cells without malignant nature. The tumor was widely excised after extraction of the central and lateral incisors on both sides. No recurrences have been noted for two years after the surgical procedure. | |||||||
