| 内容記述 | Although serious infectious diseases have been decreased by means of the wide use of antibiotics, occurrence of opportunistic infection and increase of resistant bacteria have come serious problems. In order to reveal the species of organisms detected from oral infectious diseases, we investigated the 54 patients examined by the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery II, Matsumoto Dental College in the last one year. Some of the results were as follows. 1. Out of 35 cases in whom organisms were detected by needle aspiration, mixed infection were found in 27 cases (77.2%), and infection with anaerobes in 17 cases (48.6%). 2. Among 88 strains of organisms detected from the 35 needle aspirated cases, α-hemolytic streptococcus, anaerobic gram-negative rods and β-hemolytic streptococcus consisted 26.2%, 14.8% and 9.1%, respectively. | |||||||
