| 内容記述 | A 10-year-old girl had a central tubercle at the occlusal surface of the left first premolar of the mandible. On some day it had been broken, then the pulp horn was exposed because it being extremely narrow but long (Figs. 8-10). After pulpitis the pulp became gangrene, and radicular abscess occurred (Figs. 8, 11). On the opposite first premolar a central tubercle still remained even being occurred the attrition (Fig. 3). It was supposed that during the course of fistula-formation the epulis-like swelling was appeared at the gingiva between canine and first premolar (Fig. 1). | |||||||
