| 内容記述 | We injected five kinds of calcium hydroxide pastes subcutaneously into the dorsal area of 6-week-old anesthetized male ddY mice. Two days, 1 week and 3 weeks after injection, the removed tissue surrounding the injection site was examined histopathologically from mice in each group. The following results were observed: necrotic tissue with calcification in some parts, and granulation tissue proliferation including macrophages and foreign body giant cells, in each group. These changes were restricted to the injection sites in all groups, and there was no damage around the tissue. The tissue reactions to the five kinds of examined pastes were nearly the same. | |||||||
