| 内容記述 | Many dental colleges and schools have developed recently the education systems utilizing computers for efficient clinical training and lectures. CD-ROM as visual education material can provide, through simple manipulation, clear images consisted of huge information data such as radiogram, pictures of the cranial bones and anatomical findings, can contain question-answer systems, and, by starting software such as a movie player, can show moving images accompanied with sound. In this paper, I introduce briefly visual education material developed at the Department of Oral Radiology, Matsumoto Dental University, and interpret the present situation of learning by personal computers. I intend to provide useful and effective information in the dental education and clinical training, through making visual education material and constructing the system of learning by personal computer, reflecting the idea and desire of the students. I expect to start the on-demand instruction in near future, as a part of promotion of information-oriented our University, by repletion of visual education material, network system teaching and construction of data base of scientific studies. | |||||||
