| 内容記述 | This study was designed to investigate the relationship between malocclusion and dental caries with Fluoride mouthrinsing programs. The subjects were 102 primary school children on caries prevention by school-based fluoride mouthrinsing in Nagano Prefecture. They were investigated for malocclusion and DMF by oral examination. The sample rate with malocclusion was 23.5%. As a result of the analysis, the significant difference between malocclusion and dental caries were not shown (p<0.05). The DMF-index and the DMF person rate of both malocclusion group and normal occlusion group were less than the national average of primary school children. In conclusion, it seemed that malocclusion was not related to dental caries under the control of Fluoride mouthrinsing programs. | |||||||
