| 内容記述 | A new light-cured hydrophilic resin (hydroresin) containing sodium methacrylate was designed and prepared. This resin shows pH value near neutral, desirable wettability for application to the human enamel surface, and feasible curing of less than 40 sec under visible light irradiation. The resin appropriately swelled in water to volumetrically expand and shows excellent tensile bond strength with dentin. Scanning electron micrographs clearly revealed 10 to 20μm resin tags extending into dentinal tubules and tight adhesion at the interface. The results of this study indicate that the hydroresin exhibits high capacity for sealing dentinal tubules and inhibiting the microleakage through its swelling and volumetric expansion at the resin-dentin interface. | |||||||
