| 内容記述 | This paper presented two rare cases of a gemino-fused tooth which consisted of deciduous central and lateral incisors and a supernumerary tooth in maxilla. The first case was found at right maxilla of a 6-year-old boy. Ground sections of this gemino-fused tooth revealed that the three teeth were combined with not only dentin but also enamel, cementum and pulp. The second case was shown to occur at left maxilla of a 6-year-old boy. Histopathology of this abnormal tooth showed that enamel, dentin and cementum of the three teeth were united, and pulp of the central incisor and supernumerary tooth were also connected. In both cases no abnormalities in number or shape of the next permanent incisors were observed by X-ray graphs. | |||||||
