| 内容記述 | To understand the current status of the urgent dental and oral surgical treatment during after-hour and holidays, we investigated clinic-statistically the outpatients at the emergency unit of Matsumoto Dental University Hospital from April 2008 to March 2010. The number of emergency outpatients was 748 in 2008 and 680 in 2009 school year, respectively. The chief complaints were "pain", "inflammation" and "injury" in order, and they occupied 79.1% of all. The emergency patients tended to increase at August and December. The arriving time to Hospital showed two peaks that one was early evening in holidays and the other was around 20:00 in weekdays. The emergency outpatients resided in Matsumoto city (527 patients), Shiojiri city (387 patients), Higashi-Tsukama county (111 patients) and Azumino city (103 patients). Matsumoto Dental University Hospital seemed to contribute the regional emergency dental and oral surgical treatment. | |||||||
